Pignoletto Superiore (organic)
DOCG Colli Bolognesi
This wine allows to fully appreciate the marvelous flowers of the Pignoletto vine. Delicate, intense perfume of the flowers of hawthorn and orange. A dry, harmonious and pleasantly persistent taste. Excellent for aperitif. This wine goes very well with Italian antipasti, with tortellini in broth, with cheeses and in particular with Parmigiano Reggiano. Ideal serving temperature 12 ° C.

DOCG Colli Bolognesi
This wine is obtained from the Pignoletto grapes of the Montevecchio vineyard. It has a crystalline and brilliant color, a persistent perlage, a scent of not completely ripe white peaches and flowers, a fresh and harmonious dry taste with the right acidity and soft bubbles. The wine is aged in autoclave for six months. Excellent for aperitif, ideal to accompany salami-based starters, it is also recommended with fish dishes. Ideal serving temperature 6 – 8 ° C.

Pignoletto Frizzante (organic)
DOCG Colli Bolognesi
This wine is obtained from the Pignoletto grapes produced of the Montevecchio vineyard. It has a crystalline light yellow color with some light green reflections, a delicate floral scent, wild privet flowers and a fresh, dry and harmonious taste. Ideal for aperitif, it goes very well with main courses of Bolognese cuisine, passatelli in broth, risottos, fish dishes and fried dishes in particular. Ideal service temperature 8 – 10 ° C.

Palazzo di Montevecchio

Obtained from the perfect concentration of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. The grapes are hand-picked and carefully selected when fully mature. The wine is aged for three years in French oak barrels of Allier and Nevers. The wine obtained allows to appreciate all the wonderful qualities of the vine. The aromas are complex and harmonious with notes of blackberry jam, vanilla, cinnamon and licorice, pleasantly persistent, the unforgettable, soft taste with noble final tannins is perfectly balanced.
It can be considered a “Meditation wine”, good to be combined with game meat, pork loin, braised meat and glazed meat, aged and pit cheeses. Aged and aged cheese. Ideal temperature of service 20 ° C.

Rosso Bologna Riserva
DOC Colli Bolognesi
This wine is obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. It is vinified in steel tanks then aged in cement and in bottles. It presents a typical deep ruby red color, the scent is also typical of the vine with delicate hints of herbs, vanilla, cinnamon and liquorice.
It is extremely pleasant to taste because is full, harmonious and pleasantly persistent. It goes well with all raw salami, especially the leaner ones, the cooked ones, the tastier meats, including game. Delicious with white truffles harvested on our Bolognese Hills and even with the most tasty fish dishes. Ideal serving temperature 18 ° C

Rosso Bologna (organic)

This wine is obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. It’s fermented and matured in steel barrels, to preserve the fragrance of the grapes. It presents a typical intense ruby color and the scent is characteristic of the vine, enhanced in the fragrance of the grapes, with delicate hints of herbs aromatic and fruits from the forest. It is extremely pleasant to taste because is sapid, full, harmonious, pleasantly persistent. It goes well with hors d’oeuvres, tagliatelle with meat sauce, roast pork, and tasty fish dishes. Ideal service temperature 16 ° C.
