On the first hills of Bologna, just a stone’s throw from the city but surrounded by greenery and tranquility, you will find our farmhouse.
We have renovated two neighboring farmhouses, the Colmo and the Torre; the Torre equipped with mini-apartments and rooms to suit all needs. Whether it’s for business or pleasure, here at Montevecchio, you will find what you are looking for.
All accommodations are equipped with kitchen facilities, a fridge, kettle, and a welcome set with water, tea, and coffee. In the bathrooms, you will find complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer at your disposal.
During the summer, you can take a dip in the pool, stroll around and make friends with our horses, or quickly reach Bologna. And, of course, you can visit our cellars with a short walk.

THE FACILITIES
La Torre
“La Torre” is an 18th-century farmhouse designed by Dotti, the famous Bolognese architect responsible for the characteristic shape of sharecropper houses in our province. In the garden, you’ll find a spacious pool at your disposal. In the courtyard, the former barn has been transformed into a stable, now home to the horses of the Pony Club Montevecchio. The rooms are located on the first floor and are named after the champion horses that lived in this stable in the past.
